i added a few things to the site over the last few days….. if you look up top you’ll notice the navigation buttons are gone …… they can now be found to your right ————-> at the top of the sidebar. Why? because i updated the “video” section of the site! Do you all have any idea how many video clips there are of Kiefer Sutherland?? (laughs) i broke them down by year….. easier to find what your looking for that way!!! So…. the navigation now includes the updated video pages. Hope it’s a bit easier now to navigate the site! Also… up top you’ll notice a new handy dandy feature that makes logging in and out of the site a bit easier. Just look for the little “Open” button and click it…. the sliding panel will then open
Enjoy!
This weekend… When your boyfriend, husband or significant other does something that makes you angry, don’t give in to the temptation to argue and fight. Just count to ten, remain calm and after he goes to bed, super-glue his flip flops to the floor.
I couldn’t stop laughing….

Inside track: Emmy race for lead actor in a drama
Since the nominees for TV’s top award are a lot like TV reruns, there’s a good chance we’ll see most of last year’s nominees for outstanding lead actor in a drama series return when bids are unveiled on July 16.
Judging panels will not be used this year to whittle down final nominees after evaluating sample episodes submitted by the top 10 voter-getters determined by a popular vote of members of the TV academy’s acting branch. This year, six nominees (instead of the traditional five) will be decided by an outright popular vote, so that makes predicting the outcome much easier.
Sure bets probably include last year’s nominees Gabriel Byrne (”In Treatment”), Michael C. Hall (”Dexter”), Jon Hamm (”Mad Men”), Hugh Laurie (”House M.D.) and 2008 winner Bryan Cranston (”Breaking Bad”). That leaves room for just one more. Serial past winner James Spader (”Boston Legal”), who made last year’s rundown? Previous champ Kiefer Sutherland (”24″), who had to sit out the last Emmy derby due to the writers strike? Hot new rookie Simon Baker (”The Mentalist”)? Past champ Michael Chiklis (”The Shield”)? Overdue past nominee Denis Leary (”Rescue Me”)?

Just haven’t felt like posting! i admit it… ive been lazy
But… i quit smoking and it’s been a rough couple of days.
It’s been three days and i’m ready to jump out of my skin! But… i am just keeping myself occupied and trying not to think of the ole’ cancer sticks.
I’ve been twittering. A lot. *laughs* and taking walks with the dogs…. and hubby! and swimming in the pool with the kids… and working. and just NOT thinking of smoking.
So there you have it…. if posting is sporadic, it’s because the memory of that old smoking ashtray next to the computer is a lot to put aside!
